At Soundify, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, the product may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind. In such cases, we offer a refund policy, outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- The product is unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that personalized or customized products are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@soundify.in, providing the following information:
- Your name and contact details.
- Your order number.
- The reason for requesting a refund.
- Any supporting photos or documentation, if applicable (for damaged or defective products).
Return Shipping:
Once your refund request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Processing the Refund:
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@soundify.in.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer support team at support@soundify.in.
