Shipping policy

For our domestic customers, we, Soundify (Time Trading Corporation), utilize registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services to deliver orders. All orders are shipped within 0-2 business days or according to the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation. The delivery timeframes, however, are subject to the courier company or postal service norms.

Please note that Soundify (Time Trading Corporation) cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to courier company or postal authority limitations. We assure our customers that we will hand over the consignment to the designated courier company or postal authority within 0-2 business days from the order date and payment or as per the agreed delivery date during order confirmation.

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Once your order has been shipped, we will confirm the delivery through the email address provided during registration.
